When will it be open for me to use?

Operating hours are Monday to Friday 7.30 am – 7.00 pm


How do I access the space?

There is one entrance into No. 6 Babmaes Street through which all Members and Guests will access the space directly into the main reception which will be manned during opening hours.


You can access the space from the front door using your access card.


Reception will be will also be staffed during classes or events which are held outside of normal working hours.


How do I book a room? 


In the top menu, click My Account, then from the side menu, go to Your bookings and then make a booking. You can then select the room you’d like to book under Resource.


Is there a charge for using the space?

Membership will be free throughout a trial period for all communal areas. There will be a cost to book the private meeting rooms and the event space which can be hired by the hour. Room prices per hour are as follows:

What is the cancellation policy for bookings? 

If you want to cancel your meeting room booking, you’ll need to let us know at least 24 hours before, otherwise you may still be charged. 

If you wish to cancel a booking of the event space, you’ll need to let us know at least 1 week in advance. 

However if we are able to resell the room, no charge will be incurred. 

Can I bring a guest?

Members can bring guests but only when using a meeting room or for a private hire event. All other areas are reserved for members only or private event hire. Let the Community Team know when your guest is due to arrive so they can be greeted at Reception.

Can I book a recurring meeting?

No, unfortunately you cannot currently book recurring meetings through the app. Each meeting will need to be a new booking. 

How long can I book a room for? 

The minimum time you can book a room for is 1 hour. For the larger spaces such as The Lounge or the whole floor, the minimum time is 4 hours. 

Can I get food and drink when I am using the space?

Hot beverages and water are available for you to enjoy in the communal spaces.


You can order catering for your meeting from Ole and Steen through the app by going to additional service/products in Your booking. Alternatively you can speak to the community team who will be happy to help. 


Can I use the roof terrace?

The Terrace is located on the third floor and is accessible for use by all Members during opening hours, unless booked for an event or private function. Please note the terrace is a non-smoking area

and has a maximum capacity of 30 people. During busy periods we may need to limit access due to capacity restrictions. 



How will I see the invoices for meeting rooms and catering?

To see your invoices log into the app, go to Account then select Payments. You’ll then be able to see paid and unpaid invoices. 

On the member site, you’ll be able to view a PDF of your invoice which will include room bookings and catering. 



Are there staff on site should I require assistance?

No. 6 Babmaes Street will staffed by a dedicated Community Team during opening hours. Contact them at  hello@6babmaesstreet.com, or by phone 0208 194 4800.

Is there Wi Fi in the building?

Wireless internet connection is provided for the benefit of members and their guests, Details of how to connect to the Wi Fi will be displayed throughout the building.


How to I join a wellness or community event?


Upcoming events will be displayed on the app. Under each event, go to More details to reserve a place or book a ticket. 


Will I be able to secure some personal items during my visit?

A limited number of small lockers will be managed by the Community Team and available to members and their guests on a first come first served basis. All lockers must be cleared at the end of each day. Cloakroom and luggage storage will also be available.
